I found it hilarious too, especially Eddie’s facial expression. It is about a crew of miniature alien who flew in by their spaceship which is in the form of a human. This spaceship is Dave (Eddie Murphy) who has the same look of their captain, who name the spaceship as Dave Ming Cheng. They are then being expose to all sorts of human behavior which is consider as a contamination!

The problem is this spaceship is smitten with an Earth woman!

It is a family video and it would really put a lot of laughs over your weekend.

My elder son did something not so right in the eyes of my younger son, and he’ll go wailing the information to me, telling me what the big brother just did. In another instance, they start calling each other names, squabbles, pushing each other and sometimes very proud that they are better in doing certain things compare to the other sibling.

Well, add up to other things that happen to them like no sharing on certain things do put headache and frustration on myself. I’m glad that I was being sent this article about “Managing sibling rivalry” where I can do in 7 steps.

The 7 steps that I can do are:

• Try not to foster competition (So true, I myself don’t like to be compared with my sisters)
• Don’t strive for equality (yup, don’t try to do this)
• Discourage tattling (my younger son always do this tattling)
• Arbitrate and set limits when necessary (yup, this one needs to put more effort in ..)
• Acknowledge feelings (sometimes I even ignore them! GOSH!)
• Set personal property boundaries (I need to do this with them, maybe each boy with their own shelves or boxes
• Dole out rewards (thiis one always work)
• Divide and conquer (looking forward to do this when hubby is around)

Yes! I want that kit from Creating Keepsakes – Project 365, complete with album for a year of scrapbook pages, with tags and photo ideas. I want that! No, I NEED that! I’ve told myself that I’ll be doing this project ever since the idea came out in CK and I’ve been keeping up in taking a photo a day ever since (though I still miss some days..), I’ve been keeping a simple journal in my scrapbook site on this and yet I haven’t really put them down in proper scrapbook layout.

So I really need that project kit. Santa, can I have Christmas early this year just so that I can have the kit and start putting those photos in the album complete with my journaling? Please….

*I’m just plain bored over here and hoping that I don’t even need to work.*

On 2nd thought, maybe I’m just lacking of exercise and proper sleep management. I’ve been wanting to do so many things in one go. I wanted to read that magazines, I wanted to get those tiles ready for the house, I wanted to get the alarm system ready, the aluminium windows ready, the door, the wood flooring, the budget at work, the staff appraisal…

Ok, or maybe I just need to get myself over to Sutera Harbor, on to their gym and get on to their exercise equipment, maybe I’ll be okay after that.

I’ve actually done a two page spread for that trip, will be posting them in my scrapbook site later too.

As for this moment, just wonder if baseball game feels the same like football. I’ve actually went to a football match once. Just once and that’s it. Never go back again. I think it is more exciting to watch it over TV when there is someone telling me what exactly is happening *LOL*. Well, frankly speaking I”m not a football fan. But baseball, hmm, maybe I’ll give it a try if I ever have the chance.

I’ve been hearing about New York Yankees, the professional baseball team, long ago, mainly from movie or TV. For those of you who are over in the US, you can actually get New York Yankees tickets online! Try it, just to have a feel. I would.

I don’t even notice if a staff is missing in their place till the next day they sent in their leave application. Let me know if you need to go out to fetch your kid, I’ll just say: “Ya, go ahead.” But I never question if they really do. I guess I trust my staff. I trust that they are individual adults that know how to solve their own problem.

There is one staff that has been sick and have taken up all her sick leave last year. There are times that she is just being “sick” with some other personal commitment and yet she still provide me with MC slip. I will just take it as long as she is doing her work.

I know there are staff that gone missing during office hour, but who wouldn’t? To me, they were just taking a short break. At the end of the day, they’ll still need to record down their daily statistics, they’ll still need to proof that they have been working.

I know there are bosses that need to know every single things that the staff did, where the staff are. I don’t think I can do that, it would be too much work and stress for myself. I would rather leave them alone, get to know them on their work performances and let them know that I appreciate their existence.

I think all of us here are lack of exercises, we have been sitting in our chairs, facing the computer for the whole day except lunch hour and maybe during tea time. However I’m sure none of my staff are into weight loss pills, they are some happy people here though they do complain about their appearances.

Thinking of silk ties maybe? But normally he doesn’t wear a tie to work unless special meetings.

Perfume? Nope, he doesn’t use this either.

Now, if I keep on thinking, I’m sure I’ll get the right gift for him before valentine.

I went to the Police Station in KK all the way from Ang’s Hotel, walking! It was even raining at that time. With my take away food on one hand and umbrella on the other, and in my 1 1/2 inches heels! All due to the limited parking space near the Police Station and those limited parking space in Lintas. So I’ve parked my car in Stamfort College.

Why did I go to the police station? Oh well.. some silly things that I did when I had my lunch over in Lintas the other day. I’ve double park! I wasn’t the only one in getting the “saman”. My colleague got it a few days earlier too.

Fortunately the fine didn’t cost me a ton! So I’ve given away RM30 as ang pow to the traffic police then. And a good lesson learn. About the KK traffic, they do open during weekend from 8am till noon time. But hopefully I won’t be going back there again, ever!

The happiest moments are those after everyone got their mysterious gift from someone among ourselves too. We’ve picked a name earlier on to get the gift for the person that we’ve drown.

This would be also a farewell to my colleague who are going to other department next year. Among all, she has got the most presents.

I myself has got a big red scarf!! It feels more like Chinese new year than Christmas *LOL*.

Another thing that I consider is my Christmas present is the printer that just came in today, my Fuji Xerox now sitting just next to my PC, too bad that it is not a color printer. Still, I’m glad that I’m having a printer now *wink*.
