Ever wonder how you can earn while blogging?
I’ve been doing that since 2008, mainly due to the encouraging results from friends and I was being lucky at that time that I managed to get a hostess to host my site with a minimal fees. But it didn’t last long. Probably due to the economy down turn, she disappear after that and owe some big bucks with DreamHost. So my account also got suspended, just when I’ve gain the trust from an online company! That’s when I lost all my pay post opportunity and earn zero bucks. It was like being suspended by parents to stay in for 6 months without any expenses!
Anyway, I’m back again, but fall back to only earn from one blog of mine instead of two. Anyway, it is a good news, at least I’m earning something right now.
They are paying US$5 per post, or per link used. Normally you only need to write in freeform, meaning they only require that link with the specified words to appear in your post, and that’s it. But the phrase should appear at the right place and it should be meaningful. Because writing something that your readers wanted to read will attract more traffic and that in return will raise your popularity. It might even raise your blog PR. The bigger the number, the better. The scale is from 0-10.
Mine after 2 years, it turns from PR0 to PR2. Especially after I’ve been suspended from writing paid post. Probably that is how they judge it. Hopefully once my paid post is back on, it will maintain at PR2.
So, how do you get into their list of blogs with assignment?
In order for you to be able to join in the said company, your blog need to be active for at least 3 months with posts. You’ll need to read all about that company in their FAQ. But don’t expect that your blog will get approved straight away. At the mean time while you are waiting for them to approve your blog, try to register your blog with blog catalogue, blog list and such to get link-in from other sites.
