Since I’ve moved in to the new house, I’m still trying to sink in that I really own a house now and that it is our home for now. There are still lots of things that need to be bought but all those basic necessities are there right now so that we can stay in comfortably. The housing loan that I got have settle my fire insurance and life insurance too, which is a peace of mind to me. However I still get extra as the loan amount is lower than the house value. Though I don’t need to go through the net and find the best term life insurance quote, I still need to get a better fire insurance for the house, which of course I’ve friend in the industry that can help and that also has been settled.
Now, the next thing is to start decorating the boys’ room, or rather at the moment, “The boy’s room” ‘cos only Cal is sleeping there. Yes, alone and upon his request, isn’t that brilliant?! He doesn’t even need mommy to be there but he did request me to check on him before he fell asleep. Such a sweet boy. He sleep through the night without even waking up, most probably ‘cos he was exhausted.
The boy’s room definitely need to polish up a bit to really look like a real boy’s room. Yup, another assignment for me when I’m free. I’m thinking blue, brown and orange tone, will see. So glad that I’ve a room to decorate.
