P1050994For I have to leave them apart. Not entirely my choice. Not entirely their choice either. Still, they ended up in difference places now. One with my parents, and one with my in-laws.

I actually wanted Calvin to stay home with Mervin in my mom’s place. But there is this thing that has been going on ever since they were baby: Calvin is close to my father-in-law, and Mervin is close to my mom. Both my boys are the type that if you push them more, they will rebel more, especially Calvin. I’m still trying to figure out if there is “the best way” in treating and dealing with him in order that he’ll be obedient and at the same time happy.

I called them right away once arriving office. According to mom, Mervin is happily playing alone (with all my shape punches). When I asked if he missed Calvin, he said Yes!! (Ha! This is what I love to hear.) After that when I called up Calvin, he said the same thing too! Yes, my boys do missed each other and yes, my boys do love each other.

Now, what I need to do next is to always talk to them on how they needed each other and how they could play together without fighting.
