Surprise, surprise, we went for Japanese food in Vietnam!

Yes, I’ve already got a few comments on why we went for Japanese food instead of Vietnamese food ‘cos we are there!? Well, simply because we had lots of chances in eating Vietnamese food and my colleague wasn’t feeling well at that time, so we didn’t walk too far away from our hotel. Went into the first restaurant that we saw and offer rice. We even got ourselves a private room! It was another fun experience for the both of us.

Salmon sashimi is a must for me. Only afterwards then worried about having stomach ache. Fortunately I didn’t.

Fried tempura, a good choice for me especially when it came with miso soup.

saute beef
My colleague order saute beef with rice. It is a bit too salty though.

Just to share and remind myself on how to say salt and pepper in Vietnam. This is what we have on our hotel breakfast table.

I haven’t heard any news on my boys from my sister, just wondering how are they doing. I do miss them and I was viewing their photos in my camera. Was telling my colleague about them, about how they love to play with the computer game. Probably she is bored with my stories about the boy already.

I’ve got them something from the trip, but definitely not PS3. It would be a dread to get them off it later.
