This sakai go to gym

Yup, went to enjoy the gym facilities over in Sutera on Monday. I just love holiday!

Brought the two boys with me. After having breakfast with family over in the New Emperor’s Restaurant, the rest of the family proceeded with their own program, and 3 of us went straight off to Sutera Harbor. This is the first time I used their gym. Got a bit curious and excited at the same time.

I dropped off the boys in the Kiddies Club, making sure that they are settling in and gave Rm10 for the painting class that Calvin could join and was hoping that once I’m done with my “exploration”, I would be able to pick them up and go home for lunch and nap.

After getting  my locker key, towel and got changed, I headed off into the on the treadmill right away. After 20 minutes on the treadmill, I felt a bit strange with my feet. They felt like still running backwards. Probably too long on the treadmill as a newbie. The machine has inclination mode which I don’t dare to try. I was just walking and did a bit of running on it. Wanted to try on the bike too but felt too embarrass to ask on how to operate it.

After having two small cups of warm water from the machine, I headed off for my shower. Then only I realized I didn’t bring extra pair of undies.. bummer! Anyhow, I have enjoyed the shower with full blast of water! Another thing that I forgot to bring is my shampoo and conditioner, oh ya, and my facial foam and sun-block too. Another bummer! So it is like one shower gel for all during that time.

Nevertheless, all else were complete with hair dryer, talcum powder (I don’t use), cotton bud and little comb. Well, I suppose my hair became fussy after that ‘cos I didn’t use any conditioner and blow dry without my special comb. The next time I go, I’ll get fully prepare with all those stuff that I forgot to bring and this time I’m going to try on the bike.

When I went over to the Kiddies Club, the two boys were playing and only then Cal said he wanted to do the pottery painting. Alamak! It was already 11am, I need to go home to have lunch. I will never get out of there if I don’t let them and it is such a disappointment for them too. So both of them join in the pottery painting. This time I grab my camera..

There were so engross in their art work. That has cost me RM11.50. But the thing is Cal broke his even on that evening and luckily I’ve got UHU glu to stick it back. Hopefully next time they’ll only want to do some coloring.
